What is the AIOU Degree Verification Form
The Degree Verification Form is a formal request submitted by Employers, Governments, and Private institutions to verify their employees’ educational Degrees if they get them from AIOU.

Instructions to Get Degree Verification Form
- If you print out the result card from the AIOU website, this will not be verified.
- Rs 600 will be charged as a fee if you have verification of a Certificate/ Diploma/ course certificate in Pakistan.
- If you want to receive a Certificate, Diploma, or course certificate within Pakistan by hand on the same day, Rs 1000 will be charged per certificate.
- For Urgent Verification, submit your documents before 11 am and get a certificate after 03:00 pm.
How to Fill the Degree Verification Form?
The Form needs these details to be filled on the Degree Verification Form.
- Student’s Name – As Per Record
- Roll Number – Registration Number
- Degree Program – year of completion
- CNIC – B-Form Number
- Phone Number
- Purpose of Degree Verification
Required Documents for Degree Verification
- Attested copies of your degree and Transcript.
- Copy of CNIC – B-Form.
- Also, any additional documents required by the AIOU University.
